無勵(lì)磁盤形分接開關(guān)
本開關(guān)是由沈陽變壓器研究所組織有關(guān)廠家于1994年5月在三門騰龍電器有限公司聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品。開關(guān)采用了新結(jié)構(gòu)、新材料、新工藝(開關(guān)箱蓋下部高度降低了50~80mm)，具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、手感強(qiáng)、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活、到位準(zhǔn)確、密封性能好、接觸電阻小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是目前我國無勵(lì)磁分接開關(guān)更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品，并于1995年12月通過部級(jí)鑒定。本開關(guān)有三相、單相兩種，適用于頻率50、60Hz,設(shè)備最高電壓12、40.5、72.5kV,額定電流63、125、250、400A的三相、單相油浸式電力變壓器，可直接固定在變壓器箱蓋或箱壁處，在無勵(lì)磁狀態(tài)下分接調(diào)換。
This type of tap-changer was designed by Sanmen Tenglong Electric Appliance Co.Ltd. and the related factories with the help of Shenyang Transformer Research Institute in May 1 994. This tap-changer which is made of new structure , new material and new technology has the merits of reasonable in structure , handle freely, turning flexibly, locating exactly, good hermetically performance and small value of contact resistance ,it has become the new generation product in these days and has been certified by Ministry Department of China in December 1995. There are two sorts of products for this tap-changer, it is suitable for oilimmersed three phase or single-phase power transformer with frequency 50Hz or 60Hz, highest Voltage for equipment 12kV and 40.5kV and 72.5kV, rated current 63A, 125A, 250A and 400A. It can be fixed directly on transformer tank cover or tank wall, they must be working under non-energized condition.

全密封盤型、條型無勵(lì)磁分接開關(guān)應(yīng)用于全密封油浸式電力變壓器，根據(jù)全密封變壓器的要求，對(duì)開關(guān)的密封性能進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，采用雙重密封，確保開關(guān)不滲油,從而提高變壓器的整體水平。該開關(guān)與同型號(hào)普通開關(guān)的安裝方法和安裝尺寸是一樣的。
The whole sealing disC、strap de-energized tap-changer is applicable to the whole sealing oil-immersed power transformer and ameliorate the switch’s sealing property according to the requirements of the whole sealing transformer，meanwhile, it can improve the level of the transformer on all respects by adopting the dual sealing to ensure the non-immersion of the switch. This switch’s mounting dimensions and method are the same of the general switch with same specifications.
WSP II? 63~125/12~40.5-4x3~6x5盤型無勵(lì)磁分接開關(guān)
本開關(guān)是用于組合變壓器在無勵(lì)磁條件下的分接調(diào)換裝置。該分接開關(guān)適用于設(shè)備最高電壓12、40.5kV，額定電流125A及以下的三相箱式變壓器，操作分接開關(guān)時(shí)，必須在變壓器無勵(lì)磁狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行。
This instruction applies to WSP |I 2 63~125/12~40.5-4x3~6x5 type of de-energized tap-changer for pad-mounted transformer specifically used to change its step positions under no-energized condition，the switch is suitable for three-phase pad-mounded transformers with highest voltage for equipment of 12、40.5kV, rated current of 125A and below, it must be operated when the transformer is under de-energized state .
